|Given three circles:
(1) radius 2
(2) radius 1, externally tangent to circle 1
(3) radius 3, tangent to both circle 1 and circle 2 (encasing them)
Find the center and radius of a 4th circle tangent to each of the three.
The model is set up to allow for circles of different sizes and locations.
